WHY FITNESS?
My passion for sport and fitness began early – from football and rugby to basketball and a bit of boxing, I was always active. But it was at 16, when I started my first job as a leisure assistant, that I really discovered the gym – and everything changed. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a genuine passion for health, training, and understanding how the body works.
Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn from some brilliant people, and I’ve witnessed firsthand just how powerful fitness can be – not just physically, but mentally too. Sharing this knowledge with friends, family, and now clients has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

Over the years, I’ve met so many people who’ve joined a gym with the best intentions, only to stop a few months in when things didn’t go to plan.
